1. VetNotes analyses Consult recordings information, invoice data and clinical notes, at the moment the invoice is finalised

2. VetNotes proprietary machine learning & AI algorithms detect missing invoice items

3. Staff are alerted in the VetNotes interface and Practice Management System (for integrated systems)

4. Clinic administrators can track detections, collections, etc in their VetNotes auto billing dashboard (pictured below)
